3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Payment: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis depending on your selected plan.

3.2 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.3 Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your initial purchase.

3.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

4. Usage Rights and Intellectual Property

4.1 Asset Ownership: Upon full payment, you own all rights to the final deliverables created for you by our team.

4.2 Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 Client Content: You retain ownership of all content, materials, and brand assets you provide to us. You grant us a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of delivering services to you.

4.4 Asset Retention: If you cancel your subscription, you keep all assets created during your active subscription period.

5. Service Limitations

5.1 Project Scope: Each subscription tier includes a specified number of projects and simultaneous tasks. Additional projects may incur extra charges.

5.2 Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround time is 48-72 hours for most projects. Rush requests may be accommodated based on team availability.

5.3 Revisions: Revisions are included for active projects within scope. Revisions to completed/delivered projects may be treated as new requests.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for your account and projects.

6.2 Lawful Use: You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6.3 Prohibited Content: You may not request creation of content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes on third-party rights.

7. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your proprietary information and materials. We will not share your confidential information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Key Frameworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes to active subscribers.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Upon termination, you will retain access to all assets created during your active subscription.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
